What are the benefits of registering for a wholesale account?
By registering a wholesale/business account you gain access to:
- Wholesale section where you can easily check all our products
- Automatic Company/Business invoices
- Custom discount on all products (more discount based on the quantity of the order)
We also have a Reward system in place that will offer you more cashback/discount based on the quantity of orders you place.
I have registered, how long will the approval take?
Your application will be approved within 1 to 24 hours.
Once approved you will receive an email to activate your account by setting your password and then you can login and access our wholesale section and prices.
How will I receive my purchased product keys?
After successful payment the product keys will be delivered in digital text form to your email address.
If it takes longer than 15-30 minutes then please contact us so we can check your other status.
How can I download my order invoices?
Invoices are generated automatically for all orders and you can find the option to download it in your account page -> orders tab and in the order confirmation email.
Why the Custom Price/Discount is not applied on the checkout page?
To apply the custom price or quantity based discounts on the checkout page please make sure to use the Wholesale cart instead of our normal cart.
What currency do you support and what are the available payment options?
Our default currency is Euro and these are the available payment methods:
- PayPal
- Stripe (direct Card payments)
- Skrill
- Crypto.com
These payment methods are dynamic so they can be available or not available for specific collections or products.
Do I lose access to the Retail store after upgrading to the Wholesale account?
No, you will have access to both Retail and Wholesale section of our store. Both sections are separate, you will be able to check our Retail prices normally and Wholesale prices on a separate page.
Do you have a Tier or Cashback system available?
